Classes can be signed up for in store, online, and by phone. All class fees must be paid in advance, at the time of sign up. Walk ins will be welcome prior to class if space is available. If no students have signed up and paid at least one day in advance, class will be cancelled, so our instructors can plan for it. If you would like to sign up for a class less than 24 hours in advance, please call to check on availability.
All class materials and fees must be paid for prior to the start of class. For this reason, please allow ample time to pick out and pay for class materials, 30 minutes is suggested. A supply list will be provided at time of sign up. A 15% discount will be given for all supplies purchased for class, and for any purchases you make on the day of your class!
Classes will start promptly with students who are ready. Students who join late may miss part of the instruction. In this case, the instructor will attempt to catch them up with the other students, but will not compromise the instruction of the on time students.
Classes will end on time. Note that the project may not be finished by the end of class time. Instructions will be provided for most projects. If the class runs until closing time (such as 8pm on weeknights), students must make any additional purchases they desire PRIOR to closing time, as the closing employee will close the register promptly at closing time, unless other customers remain in the store.
Students are requested to notify the store at least 24 hours in advance if they will not be able to attend. Class fees are refundable for STORE CREDIT only. Credit will only be given to those who contact the store in advance of class time. In the case of an emergency, consideration will also be given to those who call within 48 hours after class time, if they were unable to contact the store prior to class.
